Research Experience:

Prof. Bingqi Chen is working at Department of Engineering College, China Agricultural University and the founder of Beijing Modern Fubo Technology Co., Ltd. He received a bachelor's degree in agricultural design and manufacturing from Luoyang Institute of Technology, and a master's and doctor's degree from Tokyo University of Agricultural and Technology, Japan. He had been a postdoctoral fellow of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) and invited to Japan under the “FY2013 JSPS Invitation Fellowship Program for Research in Japan (Short-Term)” to conduct research. He has worked in China Academy of Agricultural Mechanization and a Japanese image processing software development company. His specialty is image processing and machine vision technology. He has published eight books, namely Machine Vision Technology (13th Five-Year Plan of National Major Publishing Project and National Publishing Fund Project); Visual Navigation Path Image Detection Method for Cotton Mechanized Production Process; Machine Vision Technology and Application Example Detailed Explanation; Practical Digital Image Processing and Analysis (2nd Edition) (Ministry of Agriculture of General Higher Education),Practical Digital Image Processing and Analysis; Handbook of Image Processing Technology (translated original Japanese);Visual C++ Practical Image Processing Professional Course. He has developed more than 30 image processing software projects, obtained 11 patents for invention and published more than 60 papers.
